| Francis klein manufactures liebherr cnc gear hobbing machine lc 150 which allows flexible machining of a wide range of gears through generating or single index cutting. These machines can be applied for both dry and wet cutting and screw type conveyors on either side of the machine bed help minimize chip-accumulation in the machine. The machine can also used for hobbing up to five different gears on a component in a single setup with the help of special interlinking software. The machine comes with a programmable nc tailstock which helps the machine in quick and reliable clamping of the shaft and bore type components. These cnc gear hobbing machines come in a number of machine mounted and free standing conveyor options. The technical specifications of these machines are max module: 3 mm, max shift travel: 180 mm, max hob dia: 90 mm, max hob length: 200 mm, hob spindle rpm: 4500 i/min and hob spindle max power: 19 kw.
