| Fluidtherm technology pvt. Ltd.Y, an iso 9001 company, providesoffers advanced pneumatically operated shaker hearth furnaces and allied equipment. These furnaces are used for high quality continuous heat treatment of bulk produced machined, forged, blanked/pressed steel parts. These operated shaker health furnaces supplyoffer excellent value for money, since all the available heat is utilised only to heat the parts, in the absence of trays, jigs and conveyors. Heat treatment is carried out under controlled atmosphere conditions to retain surface finish and to prevent decarb and scaling in this furnaces. The operated shaker health furnace lines are suppliedoffered in atmosphere sealed, oil, water, polymer and salt quench models complete with all relevant pre-wash, post-wash and tempering equipment. The size of the tempering plant and the level of automation in process control and material handling can be suited to individual requirements. Typical components for heat treatment on these lines would include fasteners, hand tools, forgings, bicycle and sewing machine parts, springs, spring washers, circlips and pen clips to name a few would be included on these lines for heat treatment.
