| Fluidtherm technology pvt. Ltd. Manufactures heat treatment furnace for hand tools. Spanners, sockets, pliers and other varieties of hand tools can be economically and efficiently. Heat treated in state of the art fluidised bed furnaces produced manufactured by fluidtherm technology. The ability of fluidised beds is to maintain low cost neutral atmosphere and it provides for high quality hardening without the problems of low hardness, decarburization or scaling encountered in conventional processes. The most significant aspect of processing hand tools in fluidtherm furnaces is that the tools can be finish ground before treatment [in soft condition] as scaling does not occur. The tools thereafter theyrequire need only to be polished and to be plated. This saves a lot of costs on grinding hardened tools. The inherent buoyancy of the bed and its high degree of temperature uniformity [±3°c] which helps togreatly aid in keeping distortion levels to the absolute minimum. Additional in addition, advantages include faster heat up rates, low investment and maintenance costs and zero pollution.
