Fluid servicing introduces wire straightening and cutting machines of different capacity. The capacity of the machines is specified with for different models. Model ct 5-80: straightens 30 metre wire of 1 mm dia to 4 mm dia. Ct 5-200: straightens 70 metres of wire of 2.5 to 6 mm dia, with 400 cuts/minute. Ct 10: straightens 25 metres of wire of 6 to 13 mm od, with approximately 100 cuts/minute. Special machines are made for higher production of any size, lower than 20 mm dia bar and wire.
