| Fit-well engineering company offers sand mills which are ideal for wet grinding coarse materials with less than 1 micron size. The mills come in compact size with important technical advantages such as high productivity, continuous process, low cost, noiseless operation and can produce cleaner, brighter colours other than those of the conventional type grinders. These sand mills are applicable in paints, pigments, dyes, to emulsions, printing ink, adhesives to pharmaceutical industry sectors. The sand mill has a dynamically balanced vertical vessel with central rotating assembly of rotating disks constructed of neoprene rubber or highly wear resistant hdpe. The disks are made from hard material. These grinding mills are available with stainless steel made contact parts and an external jacket for cooling. The base of the mill has a main motor with v belt drive and bearing unit. A pump is equipped with a infinitely variable gear unit for adjusting the flow rate.
