Air filtration / emission control system is the latest product from filter on (i) private ltd. It is the best modern method to get clean and healthy atmosphere with many added advantages over customary mechanical systems. It has a compact modular construction having 4000 to 50,000 cmh air handling capacity. With multiple units, any capacity can be met with. Insignificant pressure drop initial is 3.0 mm wg max. High-grade filtration efficiency of dust particles of 95 ±2 per cent down to 0.3 micron and above is possible. Semi-clean or clean room environment of class 1,00,000 or class 10,000 can be achieved without use of hepa filters. Alternatively hepa/ulpa filters life is enhanced by 4 to 5 times, if this system is used as pre-filtration system. Applications: can be installed with central ac plant (ahu), air washer/industrial ventilation system without much modifications to get clean/healthy working environment, or in process exhaust system to get pollution free emission well within the limits. As no dust/dirt is allowed to settle on fins of conditioning coils, the product enhances heat transfer efficiency, reduces cleaning cost and early replacement cost. Similarly exhaust emission control can be achieved well within the air pollution limits.
