| Essenes supplies a range of edms. High-speed wire cut edms can cut various shapes of metal moulds and templates with ra 1.0 µm and a precision of 0.012 mm. The machine can cut large parts, such as big taper of 90 degrees to a max. Its dimensions are 1000 mm x1200 mm x 2000 mm. It can replace slow speed machines.
The price of these kinds of machines is just about 1/4th of slow speed edms, and at the same time, decreasing cutting cost greatly. The machines are available in various configurations of table size, starting from 635 x 415 mm up to 2440 x 1330 mm. The machine uses a molybdenum wire with saponification fluid for high-speed cutting. The traveling speed of the wire is 5000 8000 mm/min. Taper cutting and processing of different shapes at the top and the bottom is possible on the machine. The pc based cnc controller has a 20gb hard disk and the software offered by baoma isuser friendly, and loads of features are available.
