| Elite material handling co manufactures series h and j range of forklifts in 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3- tonne capacities. The forklifts are available with fully enclosed chassis frame that houses drive motors; and hydraulic and drive components protected against dirt and water. It is critical to keep the hydraulic system clean for long, leak-free service of these forklifts. The j series comes with sand hard chrome burnished high quality cylinders and polished rods to reduce seal wear offering long life with minimum fluid contamination and a full-flow low pressure filter on the return line to keep the fluid clean. Cleanliness minimizes seal and pump wear to keep the control valve in good and trouble free condition. The company supplies this j series three-wheel truck with three independent braking systems such as regenerative braking system, hydraulic wet disc brake system, toggle-type parking brake. The j series forklifts comes with the combination of the best quality european control systems. The company also supplies smaller trucks with less demanding work patterns fitted with mark leading zapi dc sem controllers. Some of the salient features of these forklift include ultimate in dc control is zapi high frequency; mosfet microprocessor coupled with separately excited motors [sem] to give the truck smooth operation imposed; more than 30 performance characteristics can be adjusted; an excellent system for smaller trucks with a medium workload; driver`s compartment equipped with comfortable seat for upgradation to a luxury semi-suspension version; safe and easy access assured by large, non-slip step and grab handle; adjustable steering column ensure comfortable working position; wide mast, low scuttle and high seating position frame gives operator an excellent view of the forks; and an integral full-vision side-shift for ahead-reducing load damage and accidents.
