| Pune-based efficient machine accessories pvt ltd supplies high-efficiency centrifugal fans that are highly productive and are capable of handling air, gases and vapours with and without solids. The clockwise and anti-clockwise direction of rotation and discharge angle of these fans are cr 90 to cr 360 and cl 90 to cl 360. Fans with direct drive: the m type arrangement of the fan design comes with overhung impeller on the motor shaft. The motor is fixed onto a motor support, which is welded to the fan volute casing. The temperature of the media handled in this case is lower than 60 deg c. In the k type arrangement the fans are directly driven by a flexible coupling. This is an arrangement with overhung impeller on a drive shaft [rotor] running in roller bearings. Rotor bearing and drive motor are mounted on a common bearing/motor support. Fans with belt drive: r arrangement of the fan design makes it suitable for motors up to 45 kw and for gas temperatures up to 80 deg c with non-insulated casings, whereas the arrangement rg is required for larger motors [above 45 kw] and when higher media temperatures are being handled. By varying the impeller geometry, the fans are tailor-made to suit the conditions specific to the customer and to the factory processes.
