Eastern petroleum private limited since 1964 manufactures different types of metal working fluid. As a part of that eastoban of this range are special type of oils which is mixed from lubricating oil base stock containing film forming agents, rust inhibitors, water displacing additives, corrosion inhibitors etc. Which prevent metal rusting and corrosion during storage and transportation.
Application areas are as follows:
Grade 124 is a water displacement type rust preventive fluid. On application solvent evaporates leaving a protective film on the surface of the metal, thus it protects metal surfaces from rusting / corrosion. Meets bis - 1154 - 1957 specifications. Recommended for use in engineering industry for finished metal / steel parts during storage and transportation. Grade 154 contains water displacing agent and selected film forming additive and antirust additive. Meets bis - 1153 - 1957 specifications. Recommended for use in engineering industry for prolonged protection of finely finished precision steel parts, ball bearings and roller bearings etc. Grade 182 can be applied by dipping or spraying which forms a soft oily film over the metal surface. Oil film can be removed by wiping or with solvent. Recommended for protection of exposed gear boxes, steel sheets, hydraulic systems etc. During transportation.
