| Eastern petroleum private limited since 1964 manufactures different types of metal working fluid. As a part of that eastoban are rust preventive oil. These are lubricating oils containing soluble corrosion inhibitor and are applied by dipping, spraying or circulating. These oils serve as lubricants as well as temporary protective. Eastoban are available of grades 100, 200, 300 & 400. Grade 100 is a dewatering fluid containing surface active agent with suitable corrosion preventive and film forming material. Recommended for protection against rusting of work piece during short storage in between machining operations. Meets bis - 1154 - 1957 specifications. Grade 200 is a non-solvent type rust preventive containing special additive for protection against rusting. This forms a oily film over work piece when applied by dipping / spraying. Recommended for rust protection during in between operations and short-term outdoor storage. Grade 300 forms a soft oily film over metal surface when applied by spraying / brushing / dipping. Recommended for rust protection of steel sheets during storage and transportation. Grade 400 is a non-solvent type rust preventive to provide long-term protection. Applied by brush by heating to 50° c. This oil provides a non-drying type greasy film on metal surface. Recommended for engineering industries for protection of ferrous and non-ferrous components against rusting during indoor and outdoor storage.
