| Eastern petroleum private limited since 1964 manufactures different types of metal working fluid. As a part of that easto polymer quenchant is a special fluid with pag polymer, along with wetting agent, corrosion inhibitors for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It works on inverse solubility principle. When metal is quenched in polyquench solution, polymer comes out of the solution and forms a film on the surface of hot metal. This film of polymer control cooling rate of metal and helps to achieve desired hardness. Easto polymer quenchant are a special product which is used for induction hardening and tank quenching.
