| Eastern petroleum private limited since 1964 manufactures different types of metal working fluid. Easto metalhone are special oils which are blended from low viscosity high viscosity index base stocks containing special fatty material and active sulphur to provide extra cutting assistance. Grade 22 contains chlorinated fatty material, which reduces tool wear and improves the cutting operations. Grade 32 is blended with sulphurization fat and inactive sulphur. Easto metalhone are available of three grades 10, 22 & 32. Grade 10 is recommended for deep hole boring, drilling under pressure, etc. Grade 22 is recommended for ferrous and non ferrous operations such as thread grinding, milling etc. Grade 32 is recommended for wide range of machining operations for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, aids in obtaining good surface finish and protects tools from excessive wear.
