| Totem carbon steel taps manufactured by bhukhanwala tools as per bs949/1951 standards with threads to zone 5 and to ansi b94-9 standards for nc/np thread forms provide gauged holes accurately. These taps are constructed from high grade carbon steel in various thread forms and come with recommendations for medium applications like tapping non-ferrous material, soft ferrous material and sheet metal parts in garages, workshops and fabrications maintenance. These totem carbon steel caps can replace hss taps and give 67 per cent cost saving and operate in a higher speeds. These taps come in advantages such as reduce total tapping time; save inspection time and cost; has longer life reducing expensive machine setup time; provides lower cost per tapped hole thus reducing manufacturing costs. These taps are applicable in medium applications for tapping non-ferrous, soft ferrous material, sheet metal parts, etc and can be used in specific areas of maintenance garages, workshops and fabricators, etc.
