| Bhukhanwala tools offers a range of multi point indexing diamond dressers which fulfill wide variety of dressing operations and particularly applicable where clean dressing is required to obtain maximum surface finish on the ground component. These multi point index dressers are manufactured from high quality small diamonds positioned and accurately set in the indexing head. The setting of diamonds in these multi point indexing diamond dressers is arranged in a radial pattern around perimeter of the head which when rotated presents 2-3 degrees small surface of sharp diamond points as required. The indexing of the multi point indexing diamond dressers is continued till all diamonds are completely used. These multi point indexing diamond dressers are ideal for applications in cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, internal grinding and centreless grinding. The company supplies dressers are in all grits and bonds from 36 grit onwards.
