Customised solutions for complex handling problems is a gis hoist speciality with applicationsuses in automobile and printing industry for low headroom/synchronized hoist; handy hoist model available for transport of crates/containers; hoist with slewing or overhead cranes; corrosion resistant hoist is applied in food and chemical industry; vacuum lifter with hoist for lifting sheet metal, timber beams; and hoist with forklift is also used in shelf storage and retrieval units.Some of the important characteristics of electric chain hoist are as follows:-long-lasting asbestos-free slipping clutch as overload protection in the first transmission stage for optimal safety. -hardened chain wheel with five pockets, optimally suited to the special gis chain. Flexible chain guide guarantees perfect operation of the entire chain drive. -compact multistage transmission. Hardened gears with permanent lubrication, helical-toothed first stage for quiet running. -high tensile special grade chain, calibrated, fatigue-resistant, surface-hardened, zinc plate. High tensile steel hooks to din 15401 with large jaw opening and safety catch. For safety reasons, all models have low voltage control and electrical limit switch for highest and lowest hook positions. Gis electric chain hoists functions in combination with light crane system, slewing cranes, overhead rails and cranes, and standard shop cranes running on l-beam steel girders. These hoists benefits maximum safety, absolute reliability, low maintenance and ease of servicing with optimal economy.
