| Are you unsatisfied with bed lathe you are using. Here, is good news for you. Arsun engineers have come out with tx series of heavy-duty slant bed cnc lathes with its own unique feature. These machines have strong, thick walled and strongly ribbed one-piece machine base and bed casting. These are specially designed to offer rigidity, precision and absorb vibrations, while the 45-degree slant bed provide the easy chip removal facilities. It has a maximum diameter of 250, turning length of 400, a2-6 spindle nose, 50-3 spindle speed, 500 rpm, rapid transverse rate of 20 m/mm and latest siemens/fanuc cnc system. These lathes have 200 mm chuck capacity, and are built to produce high quality parts, which is its biggest asset. The large diameter p4 class bearing supports spindle. The bearing of 100mm makes use of angular contact and double row cylindrical roller bearings due to which high speed and heavy cutting is achieved. The bearings are grease lubricated for life. Ball screws are of precision class c3 accuracy with precision double-nut assembly.
