As part of that the company offers tablet disintegration test apparatus. This is particularly manufactured to determine disintegration of time of tablets. It is offered in single basket, two baskets, and four baskets versions. Tablet disintegration test apparatus is equipped with a 1 liter beaker. In this baker cylindrical basket moves up and down. The motorized shaft moves up and down direction with 28 to 32 r.P.M approximately. A horizontal strip is fitted on the upper end of the shaft to support cylindrical standard size glass tubes with stainless steel wire gauge bottom. This testing equipment consists of hot plate rating 65 watts, which is fixed on the top for beaker. Thermostat is provided to control temperature in between 35 degree c to 37 degree c. This is instrument can incorporate digital timer. |
