| Smart sensors and transducers has developed strain gauge based load cells in multiple ranges for solution of a variety of weighing applications. The company supplies the load cells in various types like 1] beading beam low profile off centre load cells of 300 gm to 1.5 tonne capacities applicable in most weighing applications. These load cells can take large size platforms and give high accuracy and linearity in weighing applications like retail scales, platform scales, postal scales and industrial scales; 2] water proof load cells for food, meat and fish industry in 10 kg to 500 kg capacities; 3] shear beam type load cells for very high capacity weighing in single ended shear beam of 100 kg to 10.0 tonne capacities. These load cells are used for tank, hopper, vessel, truck weighing and very high capacity industrial weighing; 4] double ended shear beam type load cells with 10 tonne to 35 tonne capacities for truck, track and horizontal weighing applications. 5] tension and compression type load cells made in 2 tonne to 10 tonne capacities for hopper and tank weighing, crane scales and industrial force measurement. These moisture and corrosion proof load cells are available with 0.02 % accuracy of rated output [ro] assembled in clean and class 100 standard dust free environments. The company supplies the load cells to withstand up to 150% overloading allowing safety against impact loading. The load cells/load sensors are available conforming to standard dimensions that are easily interchangeable with similar kind other load cells in world market. The company supplies the load cells after this cells go through quality assurance tests from raw material procurement up to inspection and packaging of the final product in elaborate test schedules to guarantee best performance.
