These locknuts are used for ballscrews, spindles and other applications like cnc machine tools, robotics, spm, factory automation, etc. Salient features of these nikki locknut includes economical nature , its reliablility with wide range of variety and is interchangeable with most of the brands. It is available in internal thread from m6 x 0.5 to m200 x 3. Different models like mrz series [radial locking], mkr series [axial locking], mf series [30o locking], mr series [radial locking], sr, sfz & tmf series [30o locking] are available. These lock nut are made up of scm440, the hardness is hrc 28-32, precision iso 4h. These locknuts come in two types of precision grades, one is precision turning and precision grinding. The precision turned lock nut thread to face squareness is under 0.005 mm and precision ground locknut is under 0.002 mm. These lock-nuts are available with models equivalent to all other major brands/makes.
