• Add to Inquiry Basket | Rotolinear systems manufactures metal bellow couplings, safety couplings, and servo insert couplings from kbk, germany. These couplings have features such like backlash-free; high torsional stiffness; precise transmission of rotational angle; maintenance-free; low inertia; compensation of radial, axial and angular misalignment; etc. Metal bellow couplings come with torques up to of 5,000 nm and miniature models up to 10 nm. Different available models are: with collet clamping, conical hub, outer conical hub, flange mounting, set screws, expanding clamps, etc. Kbk safety couplings [torque limiters] are also available up to torque range of 1,600 nm. There are four models available in safety coupling. First is for mounting tooth belt pulleys, sprocket wheels, and spur gears. The second model is below type with conical hub, third bellows type with collet clamp, and fourth with servo insert type collet clamp. Options like single position engagement, multi-position engagement and full disengagement are available. |
