• Add to Inquiry Basket | Sipcon instrument industries supplies a compact multi sensor cnc inspection system .It possesses three unique measuring technologies including touch probe, camera vision and laser on a single machine. The cameras can quickly capture all the details by its superb speed along with vision system. The video is effective for soft and pliable parts because one can`t always touch them. This system has wide use in automotive, electrical & electronics, medical, plastics, metals and rubber industries. Apart from that it finds application in many industries. The svi-ctl can measure edges anywhere on the parts with the help of several lighting techniques such as quadrant lighting, pad lighting, ring lighting and coaxial lighting. The vision system caters impeccable results in optical and tactilely measuring. Accuracy of vision system depends upon the accuracy of the points taken on the object, which are taken through edge detection. Contour measurements can be easily done by the edge detection but surface measurements with low contrast difference cannot be done by edge detection. High-speed repetitive inspection enables to increase the productivity. It assures automatic measurements functions with the help of closed loop positioning system. |
