• Add to Inquiry Basket | Sp-series sipcon tissue processors are the latest designed with completely covered beakers and wax baths. During operation of shifting from one stage to another only basket rotor alongwith its cover lifts upto the change of position to the next stage of the processing circle. From the remaining beakers the cover lifts a little for just shifting for the next stage, thus keeping the loss of alcohol / reagents to the minimum level. The built in safety device does not allow the tissues to shift from 10th to 11th to 12th stage in case wax is not melted due to power failure etc.

-delay action of 24 hours.
-precision gear mechanism for trouble free working.
-safety device for tissue protection.
-thermostatically controlled wax bath 10ºc to 80ºc.
-each station with capacity of 1 ltr / 2 ltrs.
-automatic agitation - allow the effective processing of tissue.
-assures utmost convenience in operation.
Sipcon automatic tissue processor sp-30
complete as above supplied with 2 nos. Thermostatically controlled wax bath, 1 no. S.S. Basket, 1 no. Basket rotator, 6 nos. 4 hour calibrated discs, 12 nos. 1 litre beaker with cover, 24 nos. Tissue containers.
sipcon automatic tissue processor sp-30a same as sp-30 but supplied with safety device.
sipcon automatic tissue processor sp-40 same as sp-30a but supplied with 2 basket rotors instead of one.
sipcon automatic tissue processor sp-40[i] same as sp-40 but supplied with 2 litres beakers and wax bath.
note: the above tissue processors can also be supplied with ½ litre capacity. |
