| Sip tools situated at thane manufactures highly versatile adjustable indicating dial snap gauges which are useful for checking diameters, lengths and thicknesses of shafts, spindles, bolts, etc. The mainframe of these gauges is of alloy steel by investment casting process and the measuring spindle and anvil spindles are of hardened stainless steel with carbide tipped measuring faces. Adjustable indicating dial snap gauges can provide actual dimension of workpiece determined with absolute accuracy and any dial indicator having 8 mm stem dia can be fitted into these gauges. These adjustable indicating dial snap gauges are available with advantages like each gauge covers a particular range and within the range can easily be adjusted with the help of round masters or gauge blocks and it eliminates completely an error of operators feeling due to constant pressure provided by builtin compression spring.
