| Thane-based sip tools manufactures reliable, fast and economical carbide bushes that have eight times life compared to normal jig bushes. These carbide bushes are available with main advantage of substantial savings on down time due to longer life. The liner is constructed of carbide which is either press fitted or brazed in complicated, hardened or toughened body as per customer`s requirements. Sintered tungsten carbide bushes are imported from extramet ag, switzerland, one of the biggest and most modern factory in the world. The company supplies the carbide liners in two types emt 210 and emt 100. The carbide liner bushes are available with technical specifications [figures in bracket for type emt 100] like 90% wc/tac, 10% co [94% wc/tac, 6% co]chemical composition; 14.65 g/cm3, 1`550 hc 30 [14.95 g/cm3, 1`680 hv 30 max 1"730]density hardness and 3"700 n/nm²[3"700 n/nm²]transverse rupture strength.
