| Simpletech instruments offers a unique numerically controlled automatic double screw spring testing machine/universal testing machine to cover up to 10,000 kg. The machines are rated for different load capacity like 200 kg. 1000 kg, 2000 kg, 5000 kg and 10,000 kg with different resolution combinations. A single load cell measurement is resolved into 4 ranges to achieve very fine resolution compared to the capacity. This multiple range feature eliminates the need to have different capacity machines. The ball screw mechanism ensures smooth operation. The extra fine micro stepping drive used in the machine achieves accurate positioning and loading control. Machines are electronically compensated for deflection errors and there by ensures most accurate readings. Physical overload protection ensures the safety of the load cell. The system is provided with a stand-alone control display unit with a computer interface [operation as stand alone [with-out computer] or through computer is possible]. The windows based interface software of the machine is user friendly having many features. Programmed test cycles with variable speed controls, makes the testing very simple and accurate. The program entry feature of the software helps the user to build own programs. Online display of the test results with all readings ensures easy visibility o f the performance of the specimen being tested. The test results can be stored for later use. The test results can be displayed and printed in tabular or graph forms. The machine can be adapted for automatic testing of other products like solenoids, diaphragm springs, special mechanisms, etc.
