Pune techtrol offers a special range of level switches, consisting of paddle type and vibrating fork/rod type to be used for solid materials like powders, granules, and pellets among others. These switches can be provided in top or side-mounted versions. Wetted parts options are ss304, ss316. Maximum insertion length is 1500mm, depending on the model. Models with high temperature stand off are available for higher temperatures. Application includes point level switching/indication for solid levels, used in various industries like chemical, fertilizer, petroleum and petrochemicals, veg-oil refineries, power generation, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, cement and metal industries. Level switches for solids feature non-contact level/flow measurement systems, depending on the model selection. The operating temperature is 150oc [max] - maximum pressure: 2 bar for paddle and 20kg/cm² for vibrating type - process connections can be provided to suit the requirements. Contact rating is 5amp. 230vac. For vibrating type and 3amp, 230vac for paddle type. Enclosures on offer include the weatherproof ip-65. Option of flameproof is available for the vibrating type models. Paddle switches can be offered with special features like, magnetic slip clutch to protect motor, flexible spring shaft for absorbing material shocks, and protection guard for horizontal/inclined installations.
