| Ahmedabad-based prasad gwk cooltech supplies compact chillers that are equipped with large sized components and environment friendly non-polluting refrigerant. The chiller are capable to connect 4 to 5 injection moulding machines and more than one extrusion line. These chillers come with a large insulated stainless steel tank and level electrode as dry running protection. They have suction gas cooled fully hermetic or semi-hermetic compressor with crank case heating. Protection of the cooling circuit is by high and low pressure switches. The characteritics of the chiller are as follows: * sight glass with moisture indicator, filter, dryer, cooling agent filling and oil * electrical cabinet accommodating all necessary power and control components * function control of all main components with visual indication * electrical precision controller with digital indication for water inlet and outlet temperature * maintenance-free high power circulation pump * freeze protection * liquid absorber in the cooling agent circuit * automatic water refeeding numerous industrial processes run by supply and dissipation of heat. Surplus process heat in such circumstances is drawn off by cooling with cold water. Chillers take over this important task. High-performance air-and water-cooled compact chillers efficient output, shorten cycle times and reasonable manufacturing costs. Microprocessor controllers, developed especially for the application guarantee an exact temperature control. The compact design allows the installation even in case of very restricted space.
