| In collaboration with ametek inc, u.S.A., odin india pvt. Ltd. Has launched portable low cost dead weight tester that combines ruggedness, accuracy and movability. Dead weight tester comes with an accuracy certificate registered directly to nist, u.S.A., making it ideal for iso 9000 aspirants. The tester is compact, completely self-reliant with the whole tester including weights, which are contained in an attractive black anodized aluminium case. Other unique features include: re-entrant type measuring piston and cylinder assembly maintaining accuracy while test pressures increase; rapid interchangeability of high and low pressure piston; special weight carrier with suspended weights lowering the centre of gravity and reducing side thrust on the measuring piston; interchangeable weights with simple and economical replacement of damaged or lost weights. It also contains integrated screw pump with reservoir offering fast priming as well as positive adjustment; long floating time reducing re-adjustment during tests; and, transparent oil reservoir allowing visible test oil for discovering contamination.
