In association with linear laboratories, united states, navin corporation presents a laser sighting feature for its low-cost, non contact ifrared temperature sensor, the "quick-temp". This battery operated, hand-held device can quickly and correctly measure the temperature of moving objects, dangerous materials, and electrical components normally found in plant maintenance, industrial, or testing environments and r&d works.Measurable infrared energy is emited by all materials. The quicktemp makes use of the special optics to gather infrared energy from a target surface and focuses this energy on to custom detector. At that point, the detector converts the infrared energy into an electrical signal proportionate to the temperature of the target surface. Key features: non-contact temperature; â°f/â°c selectable switch; temperature range -67 to -260â°f [-55 to -125â°c] or 0 to 600â°f [- 18 to 315â°c]; pocket-size, portable; one second response; continuous reading; six-second temperature hold; and, laser sighting available.
