• Add to Inquiry Basket | Multiflo instruments provides advanced state-of-the-art electronic force gauges manufactured by ametek chatillon, usa. Some of their features include pushbutton calibration, automatic change from tension to compression with t and c indication display [no negative sign], digital output via rs-232 port for data transmission, analog output for chart recorders, operate on rechargeable batteries, etc. Other salient features includes parallax-free readings on a digital 0.5 lcd display, available in capacities from 250 kgs and 400 kgs to 5000 units and are also available with remote load cells with an accuracy of ±0.15 per cent of full scale. The force gauges can read in pounds, metric units and si. They are ideal for dynamic testing and can be used manually or mounted on test stands. The electronic force gauges are mainly used to test the strength of a wire or component connection, to check pressure to operate instrument panel switches, test contact pressure of circuit breakers, contact pressure of keyboards, to determine spring rate, magnetic forces of relay armature and solenoids, to test tear strength of materials, adhesion/bonding and peel strength of pcb, to check press-fit forces up to 5 tonnes and numerous applications in sophisticated tension/compression force measurement.
