Liquid controls, an iso9002 company, manufactures positive displacement flow meters in association with liquid controls corpn, usa. These incorporate state-of the-art tri-rotor design. The design has distinctive characteristics like no metal-to-metal contact, no ball bearings, unique bidirectional feature and minimal pressure drop. The meter achieves sustained accuracy, linearity and repeatability. It shows excellent performance over the entire range of liquids from low viscous liquids like lpg to highly viscous fluids like road tar as well as high temperature liquids. User areas are loading, unloading, batching, blending and custody transferring, process applications at oil terminals and depots, refineries, chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries, etc. The meters are available in different sizes and capacities from 20 lpm to 15,000 lpm, discharge pressure up to 100 bar and repeatability is of the order of ±0.05 percent . Extremely low pressure drop during operation facilitates gravity unloading application, thereby saving energy. The meters can be configured to meet manual, semi-automatic and completely automatic systems.
