Leonardo offers chilling units .Leonardo chilling units are designed to maintain the temperature for continuous and smooth working of sophisticated machines. This chilling unit has features like: world-class technology compact brazed stainless steel heat exchanger is used to have best cooling effect; best aesthetics; compact space saving design; easy to operate; vibration and noise free; in-built safety interlocks for protection of the equipment; and flow meter to directly read the flow rate.It find applications in various areas include: edm wire cut machines, chemical industry, food industry, laser cutting machines, induction hardening machines, plastic injection moulding machines, printing machines, high frequency welding machines and air compressors.
Advantages: increased productivity, better temperature control, reliable performance of the machines and enhanced machine life. Specifications: with reservoir, with out reservoir and tank top mounting type models are available; oil and water can be cooled; these units are available in 1500 kcal/hour to 60000 kcal/hour capacity; up to 6000 kcal/hour, the units are available in single phase and 3-phase versions; beyond 6000 kcal/hour they are available in 3-phase version; and custom built cooling packs will be supplied apart from the standard models.
