| Chandigarh based isomet india offers spark erosion [edm] machine manufactured by toshiba of korea.The company manufactures edm machines in four models. The said model is comes with fixed work tank and the features include surface finish of up to vdi = 0- the techno models include high performance generator in removal operations, while at the same time preserving the electrodes and allowing excellent performance in fine finish mode [up to vdi = 0]; high precision-positions on the x, y and z axes are measured using high precision glass scales, and large cost saving. The filter fitted in these machines is totally automated with minimum maintenance costs.Filtering quality is excellent. X/y-axes travel - 400 x 300 mm, on lm guide ways z-axis travel 300 mm, max distance between table and platen -500 mm, work tank internal dimensions [l x w x h]- 9000 x 5000 x 3000 mm; work table dimensions - 550 x 400 mm; allowable weight on table-800 kg, maximum electrode weight - 100kg and maximum power - 20-120 amps. Standard equipment includes integral covers, filtering system, fully automated filtering unit, super finishing power supply with finishes to 0.3-micron erosion expert system and remote control.
