• Add to Inquiry Basket | Integrated process systems offers laser line scanner scan control 2800, which is based on triangulation principle. For that it is useful for the two-dimensional acquisition of profiles on the most varied target surfaces. It projects a laser line onto the surface of the measurement object. A sophisticated optical system replicates diffusely reflected light from the laser line on a cmos matrix. The evaluation is done in two dimensions.
Apart from the distance information [z axis], the exact position of each point on the lane line [x axis] is also acquired and output by the system. 3-d representation can be done by moving objects or a traversing sensor. Scan control contains a compact sensor and an intelligent controller, which are connected together with a connection cable, which can vary in length. It has a high scanning rates and high measurement accuracy and there is numerous evaluation functions. The shape can be varied as per the application. The high-speed profile is provided to provide high accuracy. After that the realization of light intensities is possible with the help of high profile frequencies. An innovative psc intensity control helps to measure more correctly on the difficult surfaces. Scan control is applied for profile and contour measurement in running production processes for continuously produced products. For that this has wide application in acquisition on tires, turned parts, railway rails; robot guidance [welded seams, jointing processes]; coplanarity measurement on electronic components; flatness measurement of sheet strips [dents, cutting or stamping burr]; door gap alignment in automotive manufacture, measurement of the width and depth of grooves.
