`rapid pack` sachet packing machine is available to handle small quantities of powders, liquids, shampoo, tablets, pills etc. A variety of seal patterns, dozing units and other accessories make these machines cover a range of products and pack sizes. The dozing unit can be auger filler, cup filler, liquid pump, tablet counter etc. To meet the needs of the product.
the machine can pack the products into three side/four side sealed pouches. The powders can be handled from less than 10gms to 50gms. And liquids from10ml to50ml. Batch coding device can be supplied optionally.
the machine runs at speeds upto 50 packs per minute depending upon product and pack size. Machine for pillow type pouch [centre sealed pouch] also available. Semi automatic filling machines, rigid container filling lines are also available.
