Rapid pack` Microdozers are designed and developed especially for filling small quantities of powders or granules [ 2 gms to 50gms].The machine is ideal for filling pharmaceuticals/ chemicals and other fine powders.
The machine has three modules:
Storage
Feeding
Dozing
The machine operates on the principle of positive displacement screw operating under constant powder head. Almost constant powder level is maintained in the dozer hopper by a level controller.
Precisely designed auger screw displaces powder through funnel for a set number of revolutions. The number of revolutions are controlled upto a precise 1/20th of a revolution. The augers and funnels are designed to suit the characteristics of the product and pack size to be handled. Various products and pack sizes can be handled by just changing the auger and funnel set and/or by setting on the electronic controller.
Continuous movement of agitator ensures proper feeding of powder to the auger screw. Transparent dozer hopper gives better facility for setting, observation and cleanliness. Parts coming in direct contact of the product are easily removable and made from s.S.304, for clean and hygienic operation. Compact and sleek design saves on space. Automatic bottle feeding arrangement also can be supplied. Machines for higher pack sizes are also manufactured by the company.
