Rapid pack duplex packing station model dv-3ps is developed for packing dry, crystalline, free flowing products like free flow salt, sugar, pulses, grains, whole spices, detergent powder etc. Into pre-formed pouches/containers. The machine can handle a vide range of products and pack sizes. Pack sizes from 100gms to 1kg. That can be handled by the machine with suitable change parts. The machine has two filling and sealing stations each giving up to 20 packs per minute [ total 40 discharges per minute with two operators] depending upon product and pack size and operators` efficiency.

The machine is provided with a variable speed drive for adjusting the speed of the machine for maximum operator comfort. A composite product dispenser feeds powder to the two discharge stations. The machine discharges set quantity of powder into pouch/container held manually under the spout of discharge hopper. Telescopic cups with enclosed volume adjustment mechanism is provided to compensate for batch to batch variation in bulk density. The standard machine is provided with two sets of sealing arrangements for laminated pouches.

The laminated pouches are held manually under the discharge spout for filling. The mouth of the filled pouch is then placed between the synchronized sealing jaws. By the time the next pouch is received by the operator, the first pouch is sealed and released from the jaws to fall automatically through the slide. The sealing arrangement for virgin pouch can also be provided on request. Pouches upto 200mm wide mouth can be accommodated between the sealing jaws. Separate energy regulator for each sealing station is provided to adjust the sealing temperature. All parts coming in direct contact of the product are made from s.S.. 304. The company also manufactures packing machines for non-free flowing powders, liquids and pastes also.
