The features of this machine includes,
Dozing heads - the dozing head can be volumetric cup filler/ auger filler or weigh filler.
Volumetric filler : cup fillers with/without volume adjustment for free flowing powders.
Auger fillers : auger fillers with one set of auger and funnel .

The machine is provided with separate motor, photoelectric sensor and electromagnetic clutch brake unit. The machine is ideal for packsizes upto 500gms. Auger filler jumbo for handling pack sizes from 500gms to 1500gms.
Weigh fillers : weigh fillers for dozing products difficult to handle by volume and of irregular grain size/ unit weight.
The speed of the machine depends upon the flow ability of product, packsize. The machine can give up to 50 cycles per minute maximum for small packsizes. The filling accuracy of this machine is +2% average at constant powder level in t he machine hopper, depending consistency of product bulk density. Its seal pattern includes vertical center seal, horizontal top & bottom seal of about 10-12 mm. The machine has 1h.P.

Ac motor with variable speed drive and ac synchronous motor for paper feed. Its lubrication system is centralized with hand pump and all parts coming in direct contact of the product are made from s.S.304.
