• Add to Inquiry Basket | The ribbon blender rb-500 has the capacity to suit the batch requirement up to 500 liters. This unique blender has power up to 5 h.P. 3 phase , 440v. A.C. 50hz.
The construction of the machine is s.S. 340 trough of 500 litres capacity with strong m.S. Endplate cladded with s.S. 304, supported on m.S. Supporting structure. The ribbon made from s.S. 304 integral with the main shaft run with minimum clearance from the trough. The main shaft is running on pedestal bearings and provided with gland packing arrangement with teflon rope glands. The drive is through a suitable gearbox coupled to the shaft. A motor runs the gear box through belt drive.
The ribbon blender provided with timer control panel housing the switching circuit, presettable timer for blender operation, cycle completion alarm and interlock for open lid.
The blender operates for the preset time after put on manually. The alarm indicates the completion of cycle. The blender stops immediately, if the lid of the trough is opened. The blended powder is discharged at the bottom by operating mucon valve [iris valve ] manually.
The discharge height of the machine is 750mm and charging height is 1750mm.
