`rapid pack` continuous sealer is ideal for on line sealing of filled pouches. The machine is ideal for sealing of laminated or virgin heat sealable pre-formed pouches. The filled pouches are guided manually between the two gripper belts. The gripper belts carry the pouch between the two teflon coated belts.

The heat from the heater bars is Transfered to the pouch material through the teflon coated belts. The molten seal area of the pouch is then pressed together by a pair of pressure rollers completing a leak proof seal. The machine is provided with 1400mm long; 100mm wide in-built pouch support conveyor. The pouch support conveyor and the sealing head are driven by single motor for better synchronization of speeds. The sealing head components are made from s.S.304 and non metallic materials to impart better corrosion resistance.

The machine is supported on frame made from s.S. Square tubes and is provided with castor wheels. The conveyor through, guides, control panel, guards etc are made from s.S. 304. Other parts are made from m.S. /c.I. Duly powder coated. The machine will be provided with adjustable sealing head to accommodate various pouch lengths[ min : 100mm , max : 260mm].Power : 0.5 h.P. 3 phase, 440v a.C. For motor. Heaters: 0.6 kw. 110 v. Belt speed: 9 meters per minute. Pouch conveyor height: 825mm.
