• Add to Inquiry Basket | Rapid pack auger filler model alc-100 is ideal for filling fine, non free flowing as well as free flowing products into pre-formed pouches/containers.
The machine is ideal for filling powders into bottles/containers. The machine can handle a vide range of products and packsizes. Packsizes from 10gms to 2kg. Can be handled by the machine with suitable change parts. The machine can give up to 20 discharges per minute depending upon product and packsize. A hopper of about 35 litres capacity is provided. The machine discharges set quantity of powder into pouch/container held under the funnel.
The fill quantity is controlled by microprocessor based controller with load cell. Fine and coarse feeding mode ensures optimum accuracy of discharged weight. The machine is provided with photoelectric sensor based controls also. All parts coming in direct contact of the product are made from s.S.. 304. Container feeding arrangement, no bottle no fill arrangement, feeder for machine hopper is also available optionally. The company also manufactures packing machines for liquids and pastes also.
