Auger fillers are versatile filling machines for free-flowing as well as non-free flowing powders and thick pastes. Machine can handle wide range of products and pack sizes like pharmaceutical powders, pesticides, chemical, ground spices, cement, powder dyes, flour, ready mix food powders, coffee and milk powders etc.

Rapid pack auger filler model ap-100 is ideal for filling fine, non free flowing as well as free flowing products into pre-formed pouches/containers. The machine can handle a wide range of products and pack sizes. Packsizes from 10gms to 1kg. Can be handled by the machine with suitable change parts. The machine can give upto 25 discharges per minute depending upon product and packsize. A hopper of about 35 litres capacity is provided. The machine discharges set quantity of powder into pouch or container held manually under the funnel.

The fill quantity can be adjusted by the thumbwheel selectors of the electronic controller. The fill quantity is controlled by the electronic controller with photoelectric sensor through electromagnetic clutch/brake unit. All parts coming in direct contact of the product are made from s.S.. 304. Auger fillers with load cell based control is also available. Container feeding arrangement, no bottle no fill arrangement, feeder for machine hopper is also available optionally. The company also manufactures packing machines for liquids and pastes also.
