Fsa manufactures laminated spring testing machines in capacities ranging from 100 to 500 kn. They have an accuracy of â± 1% from 20% to 100% of each selected range. Each model consists of 3 ranges to attain better accuracy. These machines are offered with table size to suit most of the laminated springs.Other features are: deflection measurement-digitally with the least count of 0.1 mm; load indications large dial with main and dummy pointer to indicate the load; and for safety-overload and overtravel limit switches are provided. The transmission of load is hydraulic and load measurement is done by using a pendulum dynamometer system. The trolleys are designed to accommodate a wide range of sizes of the eyes of laminated springs. The loading block automatically centres the laminated springs to be tested. The increase in length of the spring is taken by the smooth movement trolley over the table. The machines are suitable for testing all types of laminated springs and useful in laminated spring manufacture, auto industry, research organisations, and educational institutions.
