Faco automation has developed a double hand safety system package which has a unique design to bring safety for power presses and are applicable for accident-prone key/rolling key/mechanical power presses during busy production schedules on the machine. This safety system give a zero accident machine in the factory and an enhanced productivity when installed in the machine. The double hand safety system package is available with electronic control that activates a pneumatic system through which the activation of the press is being done effortlessly. The system come along with a control panel, two hand operated switches, one foot pedal switch and pneumatic cylinder with control valve. The double hand safety system package have salient features such as continuous mode safety foot switch; stroke mode safety foot switch and a stroke mode safety double hand switch. The double hand safety system package can be applied in providing safety in power presses, other machines where similar safety is required and can be used as control circuit in many applications since it is readily available of the shelf.
