| Faco automation suppliesoffers a special purpose pin grinding machine. This is a machine tool find its application inor special purpose operation, i.E. In pin grinding application. This can be used tto grind and finish the ends [tips] of cut pins this pin grinding machine is used. Various physical features of this grinding machine include; the pins will be free from burr, end projections, inclined cross sectional surfaces and come with flat perfect tips with equal lengths with an accuracy of 0.01 mm. This machine is applied in suitable for mass production of pins up to 6000 7000 pieces per shift with the dimensions varying from 3 mm10 mm in diameter and 15 mm to 25 mm in length in batches [custom built design for dimensions deviating from the mentioned ranges is also available]. In order to have better process control like finishing outer diameter and then finishing the tips thethe pin grinding machine can be synchronised with the centerless grinding machine in order to have better process control like finishing outer diameter and then finishing the tips. To have unmanned operation tthe machine is operated pneumatically and controlled electronically to have unmanned operation. It has a bowl feeder in its construction and thus to run the machine it requires both pneumatic and electrical inputs to run the machine. An electrical input of 440 v 3-phase ac and a pneumatic input of 6 bar dry lubricated air is required for the machine. The power required is 2 hp and air consumption is 5 cfm. In order to dress the grinding wheels in the machine, aan automatic provision is available to dress the grinding wheels in the machine accomplish this task. This machine is suitable for tthe products which needs hardened or soft pins in mass volume like automotive chains, zips, chain conveyor, automotive pants, various instruments manufacturers, measuring devices manufacturers, etc this pin grinding machine is suitable.
