| Faco automation has introduced a special purpose pin feeding attachment for centreless grinding machine. This attachment is used to feed longer pins into the centreless grinding machine automatically without using manpower. Due to this retrofitting, the existing conventional centreless grinding machine becomes an unmanned automatic high productive machine for mass volume of jobs in the form of pins. This machine is fully automatic, synchronized with the centreless grinding machine. It is pneumatically driven and controlled electronically for productivity. The machine can be loaded with up to 1000 pins at a time for a lot. The pin has unlimited [from 1 mm to any diameter] diameter. . Depending upon the model of the attachment, the length of the pin can be up to 1000 mm.. The machine gives alarm and stops the whole operation in case of any fault and if the loaded pins are processed. This machine requires 6-bar/dry/lubricated/filtered air supplies to run it. The machine is operated using 230 v ac electrical supplies. It finds applications in following areas: automotive components; job orders companies; textiles spares manufactures; toys; tool room; special products; instruments; welding rod manufactures; bearing manufacturers; mosquito liquidator manufactures; and chain manufacturers, etc.
