Faco automation has developed a special purpose equipments pin feeding attachments for centreless grinding machines. That are used to feed longer pins into the centreless grinding machines automatically without the use of manpower. This retrofitting transforms the existing conventional centreless grindings machines into unmanned automatic high productive machines for mass volume of jobs in the form of pins. Special feature of these machines is that they are fully automatic, and synchronised with centreless grinding machines and are pneumatically driven and electronically controlled for productivity. The machines can be loaded up to 1000 pins at a time for a lot. Minimum and maximum diameter of the pins is unlimited. Length of the pins can be up to 1000 mm dependeing upon the model of the attachment. The machines give alarm and stop the whole operation in case of any fault and if load pins are processed. Applications include: automotive components, job orders companies, textile spares manufactures, toys, tool rooms, special products, instruments, welding rod manufacturers, bearing manufacturers, mosquito liquidator manufacturers, chain manufactureres, induction hardening, etc.
