Electronica mechatronic systems exports cnc machines with over 150 cnc wirecut edms supplied across the globe. The company has launched new edm models to meet ever-changing needs of domestic and international markets these include:
i] ems 5030 orbital - the most popular electronica model 5030 is offered in a new integrated design with compact footprint and orbiting facility in x, y plane. The different canned orbiting cycle allows for attaining uniform frontal and lateral surface finish and higher dimensional accuracy;
ii] edm drill ed 300 - it is suitable for start hole drilling in hardened workpiece for subsequent wirecut machining in addition for production application for drilling holes in the range of 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm dia. Both brass and copper tubes are usable as electrodes and the dielectric used is distilled water; and
iii] 9060 cl - it is large size edm having worktable size of 900 x 600 mm in a new machine tool design, ie, fixed table, column moving. It allows for carrying higher workpiece weight up to 3 tonnes. The pulse generator up to 200 a capacity with znc and complete cnc versions is also available.
