• Add to Inquiry Basket | The spc-530 series is 20-slot, 19"rackmount industrial-grade server pc. With the proven technologies and features of industrial computers, the spc-530 enables users to implement a server and raid subsystem all-in-one solution for industrial-grade server applications.
High expandiability to raid funtions:the spc-530 series is an ideal combination of a fault-resilient ipc with a raid solution for data redundancy and mass storage
Capacity. The spc-530 series combined with a raid card controller forms a raid to pci host interface. This combination boasts the following features:

-automatic bad sector reassignment
-built-in scsi terminator
-raid 0, 1[0+1], 3, 5, nraid and jbod
-auto-rebuilding
-hot spare drive operation
-disk hot-swapping
-support for tape-drives and cd-rom, for system back-up and software installation

-16 mb data cache
-complete os support: ms-dos, windows 95/98, windows nt [x86 and dec alpha platforms], netware, os/2, sco, openserver, sco
-unixware, sun solaris and linux
Fault detection and alarm notification
The spc-530 series built-in alarm board enables the server pc to warn users whenever any failure occurs in the system. The alarm board gathers all the failure signals from the cooling fan, power supply, enclosure temperature sensor and raid system, and relays the signals to the system’s raid controller. The controller displays the system’s real-time status to users via the spc-530 series’ led ndicators and the raid controller front panel. Also the alarm notifications will be sent to remote host via gui raid manager or rs-232 serial port of raid controller.
